Lose Fat With Simple Yoga Exersice

Fat in the stomach is different from fat in other body parts. Even when you are stressed, the amount of the hormone cortisol will increase causing more fat are stored in the abdominal area. Pavan-Muktasan
In this exercise, you start by lying down, then fold the left leg from the knee. Hold and close the fingers of both hands, then brought up to touch the feet are folded toward the abdomen. Pashchimottanasan
